If you have a lot going on around you, if you’re not being kind or patient with yourself or if you’re not trusting then this can create some dense energy to build up.
The more you intentionally tap in, the more you’ll begin to receive messages for yourself.
When things in your environment are stressful, noisy, anxiety-ridden the less likely you’ll be able to awaken your intuition. So definitely begin to make time for yourself and your desires.
Here are some quick ways to heighten and awaken your intuition even more:
- Take more time for yourself and what YOU want in life; this is essential in opening up your creative energies and connecting more closely with Spirit and your Higher Self.
- If you don't already, get some sort of journal going. Write out your feelings, thoughts, desires, goals, ideas, etc. Make sure to date it each time so you can go back and see how far you've come.
- Quiet the noise around you. This is the most important one. Set the social media to the side for a bit. You're going to need to meditate more. You can use a candle for focus. Just observe it without judgement.
- Take notice of your feelings and thoughts. Be more mindful of what's happening in your mind and body. The more you pay attention, the more sensitive you'll become (in a good way!) Acknowledge your feelings.
- Step out of your comfort zone and explore. The more you expand your energy out with a sense of wander the more you'll learn about yourself and your full potential.
- Release and then stay away from people, places and things that feel harsh to your precious energy.
- Stop doubting yourself and/or your decisions.
- Get rid of negative self-talk by being more mindful.
- Choose one specific item or exercise from above to work on. Make it a priority.
