Ways to awaken your intuition even more:
- Take more time for yourself and what YOU want in life; this is essential in opening up your creative energies and connecting more closely with Spirit and your Higher Self.
- Consider learning specific intuitive techniques from a mentor, spiritualist church or practice by yourself. For example, try automatic writing or crystal gazing, or add a different type of tool to your bucket like a pendulum or deck of tarot/oracle cards.
- Continue to quiet the noise around you. This is the most important one. Set the social media to the side for a bit. Make sure to meditate on a regular basis. Try something new like using breathwork or ask a question and receive a message.
- Take notice of your feelings and thoughts. Be more mindful of what's happening in your mind and body. The more you pay attention, the more sensitive you'll become (in a good way!) Acknowledge your feelings.
- Continue stepping out of your comfort zone to explore more. The more you expand your energy out with a sense of wander the more you'll learn about yourself and your full potential.
- Release and then stay away from people, places and things that feel harsh to your precious energy.
- If necessary, stop doubting yourself and/or your decisions.
- Get rid of any negative self-talk by being more mindful of what you're saying to yourself.
- PRACTICE: Choose one specific item or exercise from above to work on. Make it a priority.
