I Was ‘Diagnosed’ ADHD But Choose Another Way to Focus
Even though I was ‘diagnosed’ as ADHD, I do not claim to be ADHD. After trying a prescription for a year, I decided that I hated it. I no longer take the pills and you’ll learn some of the reasons why. Including the fact that Adderall and similar brands are a Schedule 2 drug. I’m able to focus now and it’s not because of any prescription.
I’m sharing my own experience. To each their own.

Your magic shows up in various ways. You don’t have to limit your ways of expression nor deplete your energy with anything outside of your own inner wisdom. And you certainly do not have to claim any diagnosis as your complete and total reality. You are multifaceted and this your natural way of being.
And remember, self-help doesn’t mean you have to do this alone.
Instead, self-help is an understanding that you’re choosing to take responsibility of your life with forward momentum and oftentimes this includes recognizing when to ask others for help, guidance and support.
Self-help is recognizing the ways in which you feel most aligned with your soul, and then following through with those specific ways.
You can choose:
- psychological or cognitive therapy
- self-help books to read and implement
- oracle cards
- group therapy
- grief counseling
- spiritual gatherings
- alternative healing such as Reiki or hypnotherapy
- meditation or ‘sitting in the power’
- psychic readings
- shamanic cleansing
These are just a few ideas to get you going. Go with what feels right to you.
As always, I’m here as a medium/mirror to give you loving messages for clarity, comfort and conviction.
And so it is!
Truly,
Tabitha
